IMS(Intelligent Manufacturing System)“智能生产系统”,是山高性能的自控机器人、数控机床(Nc)、无人运输车等智能元件组成的系统。 国际社会近年已就该计划的实施进行了接触,由于先进国家共同存在着制造业技能不足与熟练劳动者贫乏的问题。因此对第三次产业革命的要求都比较强烈。去年(1990年秋),日、美、欧洲共同体(ES)三方就IMS的具体实施计划进行了会谈,达成了协议。并在以下三个方面获得了令人瞩目的突破: 第一,关于 FS(figibilify study)“可行性研究”开始工作。三方决定设置“国际运营委员会”作为IMS计划的最高决定机关,下设“国际技术委员会”。该委员会已开始进行1-2件具体技术课题的试验性工作,以积累通力合作及资金分配的经验。

Due to the coexistence of advanced countries, there is a shortage of skilled workers and poor skilled workers. Therefore, the requirements for the third industrial revolution are relatively strong. Last year (fall 1990), the three parties of Japan, the United States, and the European Community (ES) held talks on the implementation plan of the IMS and reached an agreement. And achieved remarkable breakthroughs in the following three aspects: First, the “Feasibility Study” of the FS (figibilify study) began to work. The three parties decided to set up the “International Operations Committee” as the highest decision-making organ of the IMS plan, and set up an “international technical committee”. The committee has started 1-2 experimental work on specific technical topics to accumulate experience in co-operation and fund allocation.
