冰冻、暴雨、雾霾、高温……近年来,随着气象灾害的频繁发生,气象工作对经济社会发展、百姓生产生活等方面的影响日益突出。市人大常委会对气象工作高度重视,8月28日,市人大常委会副主任张俊芳带领部分市人大常委会委员、市人大代表对我市实施《中华人民共和国气象法》和《天津市气象条例》情况开展集中执法检查。检查主要针对我市气象体系建设情况、气象设施和气象探测、环境建设与保护情况、气象灾害防御情况及效果、气象资源利用情况、气象事业纳入同级国民经济和社会发展计划及财政预算情况等内容。
