“菌痢”是夏秋两季婴幼儿发病率较高的一种肠道传染病。近几年来,由于“菌痢”耐药菌株的增多,顽固病例日益增加,加之婴幼儿口服药物不便,给治疗带来了一定的困难。两年来,我们应用西药配方保留灌肠的方法治疗婴幼儿急、慢性“菌痢”,取得了较满意的疗效。
“Bacillary dysentery” is a high incidence of intestinal infectious diseases in infants in summer and autumn. In recent years, due to the increase of drug-resistant strains of “bacillary dysentery”, stubborn cases are increasing day by day, and the inconvenience of oral medicines for infants and young children brings certain difficulties to the treatment. In the past two years, we have adopted the method of preserving the enema of western medicine formula to treat acute and chronic “bacillary dysentery” in infants and young children and achieved satisfactory results.
