目前,卫生事业日益发展,医院药品采购业务频繁,药品种类繁多,药品的质量直接关系到患者的生命安全,维护患者的切身利益是医院药品管理的主要目的~([1])。目前我国较多医院药品管理方面存在部分问题,如管理制度不完善,设备配套不足,药品储存条件不符合要求,药品采购不规范及药品管理人员缺失和素质较低等~([2])。随着我国医疗卫生体制改革和医院经营环境的改变,加强医院药品管理至关重要,同时医院经营管理水平需要进一步提高,以确保患者身体健康和生命安全。
At present, the growing development of health care, hospital drug procurement operations are frequent, a wide range of drugs, drug quality is directly related to the patient’s life safety, safeguarding the vital interests of patients is the main purpose of the hospital drug management ~ ([1]). At present, there are some problems in the administration of drug in more hospitals in our country, such as imperfect management system, inadequate equipment, inadequate storage conditions of medicines, non-standard purchase of medicines and lack of quality management personnel. With the reform of medical and health system and the change of hospital operating environment in our country, it is very important to strengthen the management of hospital medicines. At the same time, the management level of the hospital needs to be further improved to ensure the health and safety of patients.
