本文从PPI的结构入手指出,雪灾和国际价格传导是雪灾期间推高湖北省PPI的主要原因。从分类指标来说,生产资料指标受雪灾影响较小,生活资料对PPI的走势影响较大,其中尤以食品类指标影响最大。作为外部冲击的雪灾对社会经济的影响只是短期的,无法改变整体上的经济走势,但仍需进行预警防范,减少自然灾害对人民生活造成的不利影响。
This paper points out from the structure of PPI that snow disaster and international price transmission are the main reasons for pushing PPI in Hubei Province during the snowstorm. From the classification indicators, the index of means of production is less affected by the snowstorm, and the means of subsistence has a greater impact on the trend of PPI, especially the index of foodstuffs. The impact of the snowstorm as an external shock on the society and the economy is only temporary. It can not change the overall economic trend. However, early warning and prevention are still needed to reduce the adverse impact of natural disasters on people’s lives.
