炎炎夏日,孩子们特别青睐颜色鲜艳、口味繁多的果冻。但目前市面上的果冻营养价值普遍不高,而且大部分添加了大量香精、色素、甜味剂等,长期食用对健康不利。只需利用榨汁机和新鲜水果等,家长们便可以在家给孩子制作健康营养的果冻,同时又避免摄入过多的食品添加剂。
On hot summer days, children are particularly fond of jelly with bright colors and lots of flavors. However, the nutritional value of the jelly currently on the market is generally not high, and most add a lot of flavor, color, sweeteners, etc., long-term consumption of health adverse.
