本文以细菌内毒素为材料,模拟临床急性感染性疾病的“热症”模型,观察黄连(Coptis chincnsis Fwnch)对细菌内毒素解毒作用,以探讨其“清热解毒”的药理基础。实验结果表明:一、对内毒素所致大鼠死亡有保护作用,当大鼠腹腔注射内毒素,36小时内可使动物死亡45.5%,在注射内毒素后立即口服黄连煎剂,则可保护动物无一支死亡。二、对内毒素中毒大鼠血象观察,动物在内毒索攻击后2小时白细胞总数下降,24小时白细胞总数骤增,48小时又开始下降。黄连组与对照组相比,24小时内有促进白细胞升高的趋势,而48小时又比对照组下降更显著接近正常。黄连对白细胞分类无明显影响。三、对内毒素中素动物糖代谢的影响:由于内毒素引起组织细胞酵解能力增强及加速肝糖元分解,导致
