学校体育教学是学生全面发展的重要手段和途径。体育的主要任务是:强筋骨、增知识、调感情、强意志。21世纪的学校体育,在以上四点的基础上,更加强调对学生自身各项体育能力的培养。对此我进行了一些初步探索,感到要真正提升学生主体参与积极性关键在于落实下列的“三自”和“三有”。一、“三自”1.学会自学。强化自主学习的意识。这一点要从我们教师自身先做起,教师不要一味地主宰课堂牵着学生的鼻子走,要积极引导学生,努力培养他们的学习兴趣,调动他们学习的主动性,把他们的自觉性极大地激发出来,体育课既强调知识与能力,过程与方法,也重视情感态度价值观,也要让学生明确每一节课的学习目标,只有目标明确才能更好地实施教学,才能更好地让学生掌握新知,提升情感,
