最近东京芝浦电气公司研究了一种高性能的X线影像增强管。该管可用于循环系统诊断,比以前的增强管产生的图像质量有很大的提高(对比度约提高40%,析像度约提高25%,变换功率提高10%)。此种影像增强管在x线入射口处采用了钛金属薄膜,以使入射口处的散射X线比原来可减少一半以上,因此提高了对比度和析像度,同时也因减少了X线的吸收(X线透过率从78%提高到85%),还提高了变换功率及SN比(信号与杂音比),参照图2。另外安有这种影像增强管的循环系统X线诊断装置也即将完成。
Recently, Tokyo Shibaura Electric Co., Ltd. studied a high-performance X-ray image intensifier tube. This tube can be used for diagnosis of circulatory system, which greatly improves the quality of the image produced by the prior enhancement tube (contrast ratio is increased by about 40%, resolution by about 25% and conversion power by 10%). The image intensifier tube uses a titanium metal film at the entrance of the x-ray to reduce the scattered X-ray at the entrance by more than half, thereby improving the contrast and the resolution, and also reducing the X-ray Absorption (X-ray transmittance increased from 78% to 85%), as well as the conversion power and the SN ratio (signal to noise ratio), see FIG. 2. In addition, this image intensifier tube X-ray diagnostic system is also about to complete.
