为了探明侧风风向对发动机工作稳定性的影响程度,利用在不同侧风风向条件下,某型大涵道比涡扇航空发动机在最大工作状态下工作的试验结果,分别采用了参数方差对比法和发动机低压压气机出口(25截面)流动特性表征法,研究了影响发动机工作稳定性的最严酷侧风风向。对比结果表明:从后背机身方向吹的侧风对发动机工作稳定性影响程度最大。发动机侧风试验应当把该方向的侧风作为重点试验考核风向,为今后其他型号航空发动机设计定型试验提供技术支持。
In order to find out the influence degree of crosswind direction on the working stability of the engine, the test results of a certain large bypass ratio turbofan aeroengine operating under the maximum working condition under the condition of different crosswind wind direction were adopted. Law and the engine low-pressure compressor outlet (25 cross-section) flow characterization method to study the stability of the engine working the most severe crosswind wind direction. The comparison results show that the crosswind blowing from the back fuselage has the greatest influence on the working stability of the engine. The crosswind test of the engine shall be taken as the test wind direction for the test and shall provide technical support for the design and test of other types of aeroengines in the future.
