Pu can be electrodeposited in ammonium oxalate/ammonium sulfate/ammonium chloride.The process in(NH_4)_2SO_4 solution remains stable while pH keeps changing in ammonium oxalate and chlorine is produced and will erode equipment.Ammonium sulfate system is selected.The yield of eletrodeposition of Pu in ammonium oxalate is high,however the process should be heated and the pH changes too fast to control.
