目的:优选淫羊藿多糖脂质体(EPSL)制备的最佳条件。方法:采用薄膜分散超声法制备EPSL,以包封率和载药量为指标,以脂药比、膜材比、超声时间和载药温度为因素水平,用L9(34)正交试验对制备条件进行优选,并用鱼精蛋白法测定EPSL的包封率。结果:制备EPSL的最佳条件为:脂药比30∶1,膜材比4∶1,超声时间10 min,载药温度40℃。结论:采用最佳条件制备的EPSL,包封率和载药量较高。
Objective: To optimize the preparation of epimedium liposomes (EPSL). Methods: EPSL was prepared by thin-film dispersive ultrasonication. The entrapment efficiency and drug loading were taken as the indexes. The lipid-drug ratio, membrane ratio, ultrasonic time and drug loading temperature were used as the factors. Conditions were optimized, and determination of entrapment efficiency by protamine EPSL. Results: The optimal conditions for preparation of EPSL were as follows: ratio of lipid to drug 30:1, membrane ratio 4:1, ultrasonic time 10 min, drug loading temperature 40 ℃. Conclusion: EPSL prepared by the best conditions, encapsulation efficiency and drug loading higher.
