本文在应用rHuIL-3刺激健康人骨髓干细胞半固体培养中的集落形成的实验系统,发现了rHuIL-3McAbIB9对rHuIL-3刺激集落形成活性的中和作用,当在培养系统中加入1:1000稀释的McAb腹水时其抑制率达到82.5%。本结果对由于IL-3分泌过高时所引起的某些造血系和非造血系肿瘤等疾病的治疗提供了有价值的实验依据。
In this study, rHuIL-3 was used to stimulate the colony formation of human bone marrow stem cells in a semi-solid culture system. The neutralizing effect of rHuIL-3McAbIB9 on rHuIL-3-stimulated colony formation was investigated. When a 1: 1000 dilution McAb ascites, the inhibition rate reached 82.5%. This result provides a valuable experimental basis for the treatment of diseases such as hematopoietic and non-hematological tumors caused by the excessive production of IL-3.
