磁共振图像上造血性骨髓的形态是多变的,正常与病变骨髓有时不易区别。为帮助评价这一问题,作者回顾分析了82例男性前列腺癌患者的骨盆MRI检查。所有患者核素骨扫描阴性,排除了骨转移,平均年龄66岁。以肉眼估计磁共振图像上残余造血性骨髓的总量为基础将骨盆骨髓分级如下:Ⅰ级:<15%;Ⅱ级:15%~40%;Ⅲ级:40%~65%;Ⅳ级:65%~85%;Ⅴ级:>85%。同时也对骨髓的形态学特征予以分析。孤立的残留造血性骨髓其纵径小于2cm者称为骨髓岛,纵径大于2cm者称为骨髓块,造
The morphology of hematopoietic bone marrow on magnetic resonance images is variable, and it is sometimes difficult to distinguish between normal and diseased bone marrow. To help evaluate this issue, the authors retrospectively analyzed pelvic MRI in 82 men with prostate cancer. All patients had negative bone scans and excluded bone metastases. The average age was 66 years. The pelvic bone marrow grading was based on the gross estimation of the total amount of residual hematopoietic bone marrow on the MRI image as follows: grade I: <15%; grade II: 15% to 40%; grade III: 40% to 65%; grade IV: 65% to 85%; V: >85%. At the same time, the morphological characteristics of bone marrow were also analyzed. Isolated hematopoietic bone marrow with a longitudinal diameter of less than 2 cm is referred to as a myeloid island, and a longitudinal diameter greater than 2 cm is referred to as a bone marrow block.
