本文介绍了垫江高洞电站水轮机运行中的汽蚀状况,以及针对汽蚀的产生原因所采取的改善水轮机转轮的水力性能、改进检修工艺方法、采用抗汽蚀材料、改善水轮机运行条件等汽蚀处理措施。
This paper introduces the cavitation in the operation of turbine in Dianjiang Gondo Hydroelectric Power Station, as well as the improvement of the hydraulic performance of turbine runner for the cause of cavitation, the improvement of maintenance methods, the adoption of anti-cavitation materials and the improvement of turbine operating conditions Cavitation treatment measures.
