近年来广西冶金研究所在多金属硫化矿的混合精矿浮选分离中用CMC(羧甲基纤维素钠)作为方铅矿的抑制剂,可取代氰化物或重铬酸盐等抑制剂,实现无氰或无铬浮选工艺。本试验为了深入研究CMC抑铅浮铜的规律,在试验中对广西佛子冲铅锌矿的方铅矿和黄铜矿单矿物及其人工混合矿物进行了研究。结果表明CMC对方铅矿有较强的抑制作用,而对黄铜矿的抑制作用则较弱;在适宜的CMC用量、pH值、金属阳离子种类和浓度等条件下,有可能使铜铅矿物互相分离。

In order to study the regularity of CMC lead-levitation copper, we studied the galena and chalcopyrite single minerals and their artificial mixed minerals in the lead-zinc mine of Fozichong, Guangxi Province. The results showed that CMC had a strong inhibition on galena and a weak inhibition on chalcopyrite. Under appropriate CMC dosage, pH value, metal cation species and concentration, it is possible that copper and lead minerals mutually Separated.
