创业教育是一种培养创新创业人才的教育,体验式教学方式与创业教育相结合,有利于学生创业思想意识的形成,有利于培养学生的综合能力,有利于高校形成创业文化氛围。体验式创业教育的理论基础包括:“以学生为主体、教师为主导的理论”、“杜威的在做中学的理论”、“学习动机理论”、“建构主义理论”以及“社会认知理论”。从实践上看,体验式创业教育可以在课堂教学中设置体验式创业教育课程体系;课外活动中鼓励学生在校内开展创业体验活动,营造校园创业文化氛围;利用企业资源开展社会实践,搭建创业平台。
