1 临床资料本组58例,男31,女27例,年龄20～60岁;病程半年至10余年.诊断标准:手足癣在临床可分为水泡型;擦烂型与鳞屑角化型.局部出现瘙痒性丘疹水泡性皮疹,或瘙痒性肥厚的白色腐皮,及干性鳞屑脱落.累及甲板可形成灰黄色及白色肥厚、角质物脱落可形成甲板腔.镜检可找到孢子菌丝,均以瘙痒为主诉症状.也可见因瘙抓而继发化脓性感染.
1 Clinical data The group of 58 patients, 31 males and 27 females, aged 20 to 60 years; duration of six months to 10 years.Diagnostic criteria: hand, foot and ringworm in the clinical can be divided into blister-type; Itchy papules blister rash or pruritic hypertrophy of the white skin, and dry scales off .To cover the deck to form a gray-yellow and white hypertrophy, keratin shedding can form a deck cavity. Microscopy can find spores mycelium, are Pruritus mainly complained of symptoms, but also visible secondary to purulent infection and scratching.
