所谓团队精神,简单来说就是大局意识、协作精神和服务精神的集中体现。团队精神的基础是尊重个人的兴趣和成就。在体育课教学中培养学生的团队意识与发展个性很重要,有意识培养学生的团队精神,不仅可以有效地增强学生的集体责任感。激发学生学习的兴趣,还可以提高学生的学习积极性,保证体育课质量、以这种形式进行体育教学,将不断提高学生的进取意识和集体责任感,使学生养成良好的日常行为规范。如在训练学生接力赛跑活动中,我将全班分成四个小组,每一组的成员要按照平时的体育成绩平均分配,形成势均力敌的四个小组进行接力赛跑,要注意比赛中的每个环节,让每一位同学尽力发挥,争取赢得小组比赛的成功。比赛完后分析获胜或失败的原因,让学生知道只有服从集体利益,即使自己吃亏也是光荣的。要使学生能更好的树立团队精神,必须先让学生明白团队精神的内涵。“团队精神”就是服务大局,发挥个人的最佳成绩,是一种合作精神。
The so-called team spirit, in a nutshell, is the concentrated expression of the concept of overall situation, cooperation and service. Teamwork is based on respect for personal interests and achievements. It is very important to cultivate students’ sense of team and individuality in physical education teaching. Conscious training of students’ team spirit can not only effectively enhance students’ collective responsibility. Stimulate students interest in learning, but also can improve the enthusiasm of students to ensure the quality of physical education in this form of physical education, students will continue to improve the sense of enterprising and collective responsibility, so that students develop good daily behavior standards. For example, in training relay race for students, I divided the whole class into four groups. Each group members should be equally divided according to their usual sports scores to form four evenly matched teams for relay race. Attention should be paid to every aspect of the competition , So that every student try their best to win the group’s success. After the match, analyze the reason of winning or losing, and let the students know that it is glorious to be subject to the collective interest even if they suffer a loss. To enable students to better team-building, we must let students understand the meaning of teamwork. “Team spirit ” is to serve the overall situation, to play the best individual, is a spirit of cooperation.
