食品卫生监督人员肩负着食品卫生技术管理、法制管理等重要任务。食品卫生监督队伍的素质,对提高食品卫生监督监测能力、保障食品安全有着重要的意义。现将我区食品卫生监督队伍结构调查情况报道如下。 1 食品卫生监督队伍人员比例全区卫生防疫技术人员总数为410人,其中食品卫生监督员74人,占总数的18%(表1)。全区食品卫生监督员与人口数(平均)、从业人员、从业单位比分别为1∶5万、1∶555人、1∶205家。
Food hygiene supervision personnel shoulder the important tasks of food hygiene technology management and legal system management. The quality of the food hygiene supervision team is of great significance to improving the supervision and monitoring capability of food hygiene and ensuring food safety. Now I district food hygiene supervision team structure investigation report as follows. 1 ratio of food hygiene supervision staff The total number of health and epidemic prevention technical personnel in the region is 410, including 74 food hygiene supervisors, accounting for 18% of the total (Table 1).
