分别以“金钻王”、“青研1号”、“京欣5号”3种南瓜品种作为嫁接砧木,以“津优35号”黄瓜为接穗,以黄瓜自根苗为对照,探讨了嫁接后嫁接苗的形态指标和嫁接成活率,并观察了嫁接愈合过程的解剖学变化。结果表明:3种砧木品种的发芽率、苗期长势、嫁接成活率不同,其中“金钻王”>“青研1号”>“京欣5号”;3种砧木品种嫁接苗形态指标差异明显,综合砧木与接穗的茎粗、黄瓜叶片数、根系数目及嫁接苗高度的得出“金钻王”>“青研1号”>“京欣5号”;通过对不同砧木品种嫁接苗愈合过程的解剖结构观察,3种砧木嫁接结合部位在第3天形成隔离层,第6天形成愈伤组织、第9天愈伤组织面积增大,第12天建立形成层及输导组织;愈合效果大小为“金钻王”>“青研1号”>“京欣5号”。
Three kinds of pumpkin varieties such as “Diamond King”, “Qing Yan No.1” and “Jing Xin 5” were used as the grafting rootstocks and the cucumber with “Jinyou 35” as the scion, The morphological indexes and grafting survival rate of the grafted seedlings after grafting were discussed from the rootstock seedling and the anatomic changes of the grafting process were observed.
