研究了复合硫化体系下老化条件对NBR/EVM共混胶两相交联密度、力学性能、压缩永久变形、压缩蠕变和Muliins效应等的影响。结果表明,随着老化时间的延长,共混胶两相交联密度、拉伸强度、100%定伸应力、硬度和压缩永久变形均逐渐上升;拉断伸长率和压缩蠕变均逐渐下降;老化温度越高,相应的上升趋势或下降趋势越加明显。NBR/EVM共混胶在复合硫化体系下可用于耐油胶管等制品的生产,不适用于密封制品的生产。
The effects of aging conditions on the cross-link density, mechanical properties, compression set, compression creep and Muliins effect of NBR / EVM blends were studied. The results showed that with the aging time increasing, the crosslink density, tensile strength, 100% modulus, hardness and compression set of the two phases increased gradually. The elongation at break and compressive creep decreased gradually. The higher the aging temperature, the corresponding upward trend or downward trend becomes more apparent. NBR / EVM blends can be used for the production of oil-resistant hoses and other products under the compound vulcanization system, and are not suitable for the production of sealed products.
