Zhou Ji, party secretary and secretary of the Ministry of Education, pointed out at the national conference on moral education in primary and secondary schools currently held that the “three represents” principle should be used as a guide to enhance the sense of urgency and responsibility for promoting and nurturing the education of the national spirit.
