我国的工会组织是具有中国特色的社会主义工会组织。我国工会在60多年的发展历程中,经历了三次大的改革,特别是1992年新的《工会法》出台后至今,工会的工作思路和方法发生了很大的改变,形成了中国特色社会主义工会的特点。工会组织作为联系单位党政与员工的桥梁和纽带,起着协调上下关系和推进基层工作顺利开展的作用。但现实中工会在开展工作中,常常会遇到两难的困境。如何破局,把工会工作做的更好是我们每一个工会工作者必须思考的问题。
The trade union in our country is a socialist trade union with Chinese characteristics. In the course of more than 60 years of development, our trade unions have undergone three major reforms.
