空气动力学研究中心、七机部、科学院、上海8252所等八个单位组成的联合试验组,从80年11月至81年5月,在7013厂先后进行了9次烧蚀/侵蚀试验。 试验在FG-9发动机排气中进行。排气温度约2000°K,排气速度为2500米/秒,排气压力为1.5公斤/厘米~2,排气中Al_2O_3含量为30%(重量百分此),模型为球锥形,R15毫米,半角11°,底部φ60毫米、由试验端头和底座组合而成。试验时端头驻点离喷管出口截面50毫米。测试项目有电影摄影,定时摄影,外形测量,表面辐射温度测量。支架采用非冷却的钢结构。试验结合发动机正常试车进行。试车情况表明:这样的试验对发动机试车没有影响,试验结果见表1。
