本文根据国内相关学者的研究文献,对学术研究现状进行梳理归纳,然后提出我国煤矿安全生产管理存在的问题,认为煤矿矿山安全管理体系的建设需要不断创新发展和推进实施的动态过程,要健全煤矿矿山安全管理体系,必须做好煤矿矿山安全管理体系构建的加强措施。煤矿矿企安全生产管理工作是一项系统工程,它需要多个部门分支系统的紧密配合,才能发挥实效。
Based on the research literature of relevant domestic scholars, this paper combs and summarizes the current situation of academic research, and then puts forward the problems existing in coal mine safety management in our country. It holds that the construction of coal mine safety management system needs constant innovation and development and the dynamic process of implementation. Mine safety management system, we must do a good job in coal mine safety management system to strengthen measures. Coal mine safety management work is a systematic project, which requires a multi-departmental branch system in close cooperation, to be effective.
