目的:应用会阴超声观察女性前盆腔脏器脱垂器官运动及角量参数变化。方法:选取2016年6月至2017年3月在本院经临床诊断前盆腔脱垂患者100例(脱垂组)和正常妇女70例(对照组),会阴超声观察其在静息状态和最大Valsaval动作时前盆腔脏器的活动情况,测量不同时期膀胱颈到耻骨联合下缘水平线的距离(BSD)、膀胱颈与耻骨联合中轴线的夹角(α角)、膀胱尿道后角(β角)等角量参数。结果:脱垂组与对照组前盆腔器官运动方向一致,两组病人在不同时期膀胱颈下降度(BND)和α角比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而组间β角比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:会阴超声能动态观察前盆腔脱垂脏器的异常运动,间接反映盆底支持组织的功能状态,为前盆腔脱垂的诊断及功能评估提供了可靠信息。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of prolapse organ function and angle parameters in female pelvic organ with ultrasound of the perineum. Methods: 100 cases (prolapse group) and 70 normal women (control group) with pelvic prolapse before clinical diagnosis in our hospital from June 2016 to March 2017 were selected. The perineal ultrasonography was used to observe the relationship between resting state and maximum Valsaval movement of anterior pelvic organs during the activity of the bladder neck at different times to measure the lower edge of the lower edge of the pubic symphysis distance (BSD), bladder neck and pubic symphysis axis angle (α angle), bladder urethral angle (β angle ) Isometric parameters. Results: The movement of pelvic organ in the prolapse group was consistent with that in the control group. The difference of BND and α between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05) , The difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Perineal ultrasound can dynamically observe the anomalous movement of anterior pelvic prolapse organ and indirectly reflect the functional status of pelvic floor supporting tissue, which provides reliable information for the diagnosis and functional evaluation of anterior pelvic prolapse.
