小鼠腹水瘤(SRS)系用小鼠L~(6565)白血病胸腺组织的悬液接种昆明种小鼠腹腔建立成功的。在离心沉淀的SRS瘤细胞的超薄切片内可观察到A型和C型病毒样颗粒。本文报道应用超速离心密度梯度方法,分离和纯化除去瘤细胞后的腹水液中病毒(SRS-V),以及研究其形态和结构蛋白质等特性。
Mouse ascites tumor (SRS) was inoculated in the peritoneal cavity of Kunming mice with a suspension of mouse L6656 leukemic thymus tissue. Virus-like particles of type A and type C can be observed in the ultrathin section of the centrifuged SRS tumor cells. This article reports the use of ultracentrifugation density gradient method to isolate and purify the virus (SRS-V) in ascitic fluid after removal of tumor cells, and to study its morphological and structural protein properties.
