建立了一个基于X射线康普顿散射的密度测量系统,安装在工业生产线使用。这个计算机控制系统自动无损测量粉末冶金中间产品(未烧结状态)的局部密度(几个立方毫米)。对密度范围在6~7.3g·cm~(-3)的铁粉压制产品,用工业X射线管和多孔准直器测量系统在40s内可得到精度优于1%的密度测量。
A density measurement system based on Compton scattering of X-rays was established and installed in an industrial production line. This computerized control system automatically and non-destructively measures the local density (a few cubic millimeters) of powder metallurgy intermediate products (unsintered state). For iron powder compacted products with the density ranging from 6 to 7.3g · cm ~ (-3), the measurement accuracy of the product is better than 1% within 40s with the industrial X-ray tube and the multi-collimator measuring system.
