冷轧变形钢筋是采用普通碳素热轧钢筋,经过调直、冷轧扁、冷扭转等工序,一次性加工成可供工程使用的新型钢材,其特点是强度高,与混凝土粘结性能良好,锚固性能好,与圆钢相比可节省钢材40%左右.冷轧变形钢筋的外表面呈螺旋麻花形状,其机械性能测试困难,目前还没有一种成熟的冷轧变形钢筋的试验方法,特别是延伸率的测量,因强化后延伸率大大降低,而且采用普通方法绝大多数断口位置都在夹头处,很难准确测得延伸率.
The cold-rolled deformed steel bars are made of ordinary carbon hot-rolled steel bars, and after straightening, cold-rolling, cold twisting and other processes, they are processed into new steel materials for engineering use. They are characterized by high strength and good adhesion to concrete. With good anchoring performance, it can save about 40% of steel compared with round steel.
