高职英语目标教学过程中,教师根据教学目标挑选视频项目主题、制定教学方案,按照学生发展要求确定个体目标层次。教师的重点是宏观调控、排忧解难;改革措施是利用个体差异,创建互帮互学的教学环境。学生在多维环境中各尽所能、各司其职,通过视频全面展示个体成就,形成竞争机制,从而提高课堂有效性。
In the process of higher vocational English goal teaching, teachers choose the theme of video project according to the teaching goal, formulate teaching plan, and determine the individual target level according to the students’ development requirements. Teachers focus on macroeconomic regulation and control and solve problems; reform measures take advantage of individual differences to create a teaching environment that helps each other learn from each other. Students in the multi-dimensional environment, each doing their best, each doing its part, through the video to fully display individual achievements, the formation of competition mechanisms, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of the classroom.
