从当前黄河水土保持生态工程建设前期工作中的典型小流域方案比选这一难点入手 ,以黄土高原沟壑区和丘陵沟壑区典型小流域为例 ,通过典型小流域选择和土壤侵蚀分区 ,按照水土流失规律和因地制宜、因害设防的原则 ,提出了不同部位的治理措施布局 ;经过实地布设和多方案比选 ,对各种措施进行了优化配置。认为 :典型小流域要有代表性 ,方案比选要紧密结合黄河水土保持生态工程建设的新要求并与实地布设相结合 ,以保证比选优化结果作为类型区治理措施配置的依据。
Beginning with the difficulty of selecting and comparing typical small watershed schemes in the preliminary work of ecological engineering construction of the Yellow River, the typical small watersheds in the gully and gully regions of the Loess Plateau are selected as example. According to the typical small watershed selection and soil erosion zoning, The law of loss, the principle of adjusting measures to local conditions and the principle of setting up fortifications, and put forward the layout of governance measures in different parts. After various measures have been put in place and arranged, the various measures have been optimized. It is considered that the typical small watershed should be representative, and the comparison and selection of schemes should be closely combined with the new requirements of ecological construction of soil and water conservation of the Yellow River and be combined with the field layout in order to ensure that the optimal results of comparison and selection are used as the basis for allocation of governance measures of type zones.
