日本小松制造所从1996年7月成立主要负责零配件销售的小松上海开始,持续不断地加大在中国的投资力度。2000年小松中国投资有限公司成立,成为小松制作所中国的总部,负责小松在中国地区的全部业务。目前,小松在中国的主要业务是生产、销售以挖掘机为主的各类工程机械产品及其零部件等,至2003年,小松中国的业务利润已经占到小松全部利润的一半以上,中国已经成为其最重要的市场区域。
Komatsu Manufacturing Co., Ltd. started its business in China starting from Komatsu Shanghai, which was mainly responsible for the sales of spare parts since its establishment in July 1996, and continues to increase its investment in China. Komatsu China Investment Co., Ltd. was established in 2000 and became Komatsu’s headquarters in China. Komatsu is responsible for all the business in China. At present, Komatsu’s main business in China is the production and sale of all kinds of excavator-based construction machinery products and their parts and components. By 2003, Komatsu China’s business profits have accounted for more than half of the total profit of Komatsu, China has Become its most important market area.
