针对矸石膏体充填实验中实验指标庞杂,且缺少统一的技术标准等问题,提出了实验指标应依据膏体性能满足膏体输送工艺、充填方式及地表沉陷控制等方面的要求,以塌落度、充填体强度(包括早期强度和后期强度)、凝结时间(包括初凝时间和终凝时间)和压缩率作为矸石膏体材料配比实验作为考察指标,并确定了各指标值的实验方法.观测结果表明:实施充填后,地面建筑物破坏等级为Ⅰ级.确定的实验考察指标及指标值是合理的,在生产实践中具有良好的指导意义.
Considering the complex experimental indicators and the lack of uniform technical standards in the experiment of filling waste rockfill, it is proposed that the experimental indexes should meet the requirements of the paste conveying technology, filling method and surface subsidence control according to the performance of the paste, (Including early strength and late strength), setting time (including initial setting time and final setting time) and compression rate as the test materials for the proportion of waste rock paste material as an indicator, and to determine the value of each experimental method. The observation results show that after the filling is completed, the damage grade of ground buildings is Grade I. The determined experimental indexes and index values are reasonable and have good guiding significance in production practice.
