为解决当前国内管道施工工艺及设备存在的工序繁杂、落后、效率低、工人劳动强度大、施工不安全、接口质量差以及扰动管基等问题,北京市市政工程研究所研制成功多功能快速接管机,用于φ600mm 承插式水泥混凝土管道快速施工.该机主要由2台圆管吊装夹持器、1台可行走的液压系统、2副扬角拉背、2副钢丝绳连续器组成.其中圆管吊装夹持器是关键设备,采用新颖的两轴分离器点夹紧结构,两种预紧装置和自动拆开机构.可做到吊、装、拆管等多项工作一机实现.通过工程实践证明,该机具备吊管、管道纠偏对中、快速接口、快速卸管、组合成4种以上长距离连续接管及立体接管多种功能,实现了施工速度快、接口质量好,大大降低工人的劳动强度,克服了旧施工法伤人,伤管的弊端,实现了高效(相当人工速度的5
In order to solve the problems existing in domestic pipeline construction process and equipment, such as complicated procedures, backwardness, low efficiency, large labor intensity of workers, unsafe construction, poor interface quality, and disturbed pipe foundation, the Beijing Municipal Engineering Research Institute has successfully developed multi-functional quick takeovers. The machine is used for the rapid construction of φ600mm socket cement concrete pipes. The machine is mainly composed of two round pipe lifting clamps, a hydraulic system that can be walked, two lift angles, and two wire ropes. The round pipe lifting and clamping device is the key equipment. It adopts a novel two-axis separator point clamping structure, two kinds of pre-tightening devices and an automatic disassembly mechanism. It can achieve a number of tasks such as lifting, loading, and removing pipes. Through engineering practice, it is proved that this machine is equipped with a variety of functions such as hanging pipe, pipe rectifying centering, quick interface, quick unloading pipe, combining more than 4 types of long-distance continuous pipe takeover and three-dimensional pipe takeover, realizing high construction speed and good interface quality.
