以悬铃木无果品系为接穗,研究了其规模化嫁接生产技术。结果表明:在无果悬铃木苗圃建设初期,以尚未栽植的胸径4~6cm的独干悬铃木为砧木,采用砧木树干覆膜保湿处理和在地面上进行嫁接后再进行栽植的关键技术,实现了“先嫁接后栽植”的技术流程,减少了架梯高接的繁琐操作,缩短了单株嫁接时间,大大提高了工作效率。砧木成活率可达96.67%,比树干不覆膜的砧木成活率提高了53.33个百分点;嫁接成活率可达94.78%,比树干不覆膜提高了52.51个百分点。
To Susan Suzuki fruitless scion, studied the scale of grafting production technology. The results showed that in the initial stage of the construction of the fruitless Platanus nursery, the key technologies of non-planted Platycladus orientalis with the diameter of 4 ~ 6cm but not yet planted as rootstocks, the moisture-retaining treatment of the rootstocks and the grafting on the ground, “The first grafting after planting,” the technical process, reducing the high ladder take the tedious operation, shorten the grafting time per plant, greatly improving work efficiency. The survival rate of rootstocks was up to 96.67%, which was 53.33% higher than that of rootstocks without rootstocks. The survival rate of grafting was up to 94.78%, which was 52.51% higher than that of tree trunk.
