合成了6种HNCAMS系列化合物,4种未见文献报道。其结构经红外光谱、元素分析证实。以Fe(Ⅲ)模拟Pu(Ⅳ),分别测定了螯合剂、铁螯合物的紫外一可见光谱。结果表明,所有螯合剂均能在生理pH下与铁螯合。
Six kinds of HNCAMS series compounds were synthesized, four kinds have not been reported in the literature. Its structure was confirmed by IR and elemental analysis. The UV-Vis spectra of chelators and iron chelates were determined by Fe (Ⅲ) simulation of Pu (Ⅳ). The results show that all chelators are capable of chelating with iron at physiological pH.
