在对1台川崎85ZIV-2型装载机底盘和工作装置大修后调试时,维修人员发现该机在行走、爬坡和装载作业时动力明显不足。为此我们进行了以下分析和排查。为查找故障,对该装载机进行了以下试验和观察:将装载机挂Ⅲ挡,在发动机最高转速状态操纵该机爬10。坡时,其行驶速度很慢,几乎爬不动;将装载机挡位减到Ⅱ挡,在发动机最高转速状态操纵该机爬10。坡时,其行驶速度仍比较缓慢。上述调试过程中,发动机未出现冒黑烟和“憋车”现象。
After debugging a Kawasaki 85ZIV-2 loader chassis and work equipment overhaul, maintenance personnel found the machine was significantly under-powered when walking, climbing and loading. To this end we conducted the following analysis and investigation. In order to find out the fault, the following tests and observations were made on the loader: The loader was hooked to the third gear and the aircraft was climbed 10 at the maximum speed of the engine. When the slope, its speed is very slow, almost inexhaustible; the loader gear reduced to the second gear, the state of maximum engine speed control of the aircraft to climb 10. When the slope, its speed is still relatively slow. During the above debugging process, the engine did not appear black smoke and “Catch a car ” phenomenon.
