针对已有电子秤测量精度不高的问题,设计了一款以TM4C123FH6PM微控制器为控制核心的高精度电子秤。电子秤采用电阻应变片组成全桥测量采集物品质量,经24位A/D转换模块HX711放大和转换后送控制器进行数据处理。系统对测量结果进行分段比例因子补偿,测试结果显示系统已很好地实现了线性测量和减小称重误差的目的。系统测试结果可以看出,设计的电子秤在称重范围内具有较高的测量精度,测量误差小于1%,且工作稳定、操作方便。
In view of the problem that the accuracy of the existing electronic scales is not high, a high-precision electronic scale with the TM4C123FH6PM microcontroller as the control center is designed. Electronic scale using strain gages composed of full-bridge measurement acquisition quality of goods, the 24-bit A / D conversion module HX711 amplification and conversion to the controller for data processing. The system compensates the measurement results by segmented scale factor. The test results show that the system has achieved the goal of linear measurement and reducing the weighing error well.
