本文对银杏叶茶的水提取物进行了预防高脂血症发生的作用研究。结果表明:在相当于银杏叶茶0 .1 、0 .5 、3 .0g/kg .bw 的剂量下,灌胃给予大鼠14 天,能显著降低血清 T C、 L D L- C 水平( P< 0 .01) ;对血清 T G、 H D L- C 也有一定的调节作用,动脉硬化指数提示银杏叶茶对血清脂蛋白的含量具有调节作用,说明银杏叶茶对预防高脂血症的发生具有一定的作用。
In this paper, the effect of water extract of Ginkgo biloba leaf tea on the prevention of hyperlipidemia was studied. The results show that: in the equivalent of Ginkgo biloba tea 0. 1, 0. 5, 3. 0g/kg. At the dose of bw, rats were given intragastric administration for 14 days, which could significantly reduce the levels of serum T C and L D L-C (P < 0.01). It also had a certain regulation effect on serum T G and H D L-C. Atherosclerosis index suggests that Ginkgo biloba tea has a regulating effect on serum lipoprotein content, indicating that Ginkgo biloba tea has a certain role in preventing the occurrence of hyperlipidemia.
