作为目前研制非晶硅太阳能电池的重要材料之一:a—Si_xC_(1-x)∶H 薄膜,最近已在我们实验室制备出来了。我们已对这种材料的性能:如红外吸收振动谱(IR)、化学分析电子谱(ESCA)、电子自旋共振谱(ESR)、光电导与暗电导之比(σP/σD)、光学禁带宽度(Eopt)的测量、以及制备的工艺条件等,作了初步的分析,现将实验结果简报如下:
As the current development of amorphous silicon solar cells one of the important materials: a-Si_xC_ (1-x): H thin film, has recently been prepared in our laboratory. We have examined the properties of such materials such as infrared absorption spectroscopy (IR), chemical analysis electron spectroscopy (ESCA), electron spin resonance spectroscopy (ESR), ratio of photoconductivity to dark conductance (σP / σD) Band width (Eopt) measurement, as well as the preparation of the process conditions, made a preliminary analysis, the experimental results are summarized as follows:
