由台湾《中国时报》所设立的“时报广告金像奖”在亚太华文地区有很大影响。是华文广告人展示才华的一个重要舞台。为了给那些未出茅庐的广告人提供更多的展示机会,该报又增设了一个专门面向广告专业在校学生的奖项:“时报广告金犊奖”,借“初生牛犊不怕虎”之意,鼓励在校广告专业学生积极创意。参与角逐的作品来自新加坡、马来西亚和台湾本地。今年(2000年)的第九届“金犊奖”开始面向中国大陆学生征集作品。来自中国大陆的作品
The “Times Advertising Awards” set up by the “China Times” in Taiwan has a significant impact on the Asian-Pacific region. It is an important stage for Chinese-language advertisers to display their talent. In order to provide more opportunities for those fledgling advertisers to display more, the newspaper added another award-winning program for students majoring in advertising: The Times Advertising Golden Calf Award, Encourage students to actively advertise creative students.
