初中生作为在年龄上刚刚进入青春期的一个群体,刚刚开始对外界环境形成独立自主的认识,可以说,初中阶段是成人过程中最为重要的阶段之一。而初中班级的管理工作,对初中生的身心发育起着至关重要的作用,初中老师在班级管理中起着支柱作用,不同的管理方式会对中学生造成不同的影响。本文通过对当前初中班级管理模式进行深入的研究和探讨,对其中出现的一些问题及缺陷提出相应的改进意见,希望对学生管理工作起到帮助作用。
As a group just entering adolescence in their age, junior high school students have just begun to recognize the external environment and become independent. It can be said that junior high school is one of the most important stages in the adult process. The management of junior middle school plays an important role in the physical and mental development of junior high school students. Junior high school teachers play a key role in class management, and different management methods have different impacts on middle school students. In this paper, the current junior middle school class management mode in-depth study and discussion of some of the problems and defects that arise from the corresponding improvements, hoping to help the management of students play a role.
