公共管理这门学科来源于西方国家,它主要目的是培养公共事务的管理人才。它的产生与西方国家的政治、经济和社会科学有一定的联系。我国实行改革开放政策之后,也将这种管理方式引进来。培养了一批公共管理人才。目前,我国的许多大学都开设了公共管理专业。随着社会的发展,公共管理领域也越来越多,如何根据我国的国情来开展公共管理学科的教学,是目前我国公共管理学科所面临的新挑战。
The discipline of public administration stems from Western countries, whose main purpose is to train managers in public affairs.
