目的:研究黄杞叶的挥发油成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取黄杞叶中的挥发油,并通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用仪对其化学成分进行分析和鉴定,用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各组分相对百分含量。结果:从黄杞叶挥发油中共分离出55个组分,鉴定了其中33个化合物,占总量的95.0%,主要成分为十六烷酸(hexadecanoic acid,44.73%)、叶绿醇(phytol,14.71%)、十八碳-9,12,15-三烯醛(9,12,15-octadecatriena,12.24%)等。结论:分析结果可为黄杞叶的质量控制提供依据,并为提高黄杞叶的进一步开发利用提供参考。
Objective: To study the essential oil components of the leaves of Huangqi. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted from leaves of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei by steam distillation. The chemical constituents were analyzed and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and the relative percentage of each component was calculated by the normalization of chromatographic peak area Sub-content. Results: A total of 55 compounds were isolated from volatile oil of Radix et Rhizoma and 33 compounds were identified, accounting for 95.0% of the total. The main components were hexadecanoic acid (44.73%), phytol (14.71% ), Octadeca-9,12,15-trienal (9,12,15-octadecatriena, 12.24%) and the like. Conclusion: The results of the analysis provide the basis for the quality control of Huangqi leaf and provide reference for further development and utilization of Huangqi leaf.
