做好思想政治工作的首要问题是了解、掌握思想政治工作对象,即客体的思想结构,也就是我们平常所说的“摸清底数,切准思想脉搏。”如何探清思想政治工作客体的思想结构?本文试用系统论、控制论关于黑箱方法原理,对这一问题进行粗浅的探讨。黑箱方法的内含在控制论、系统论方法中,把其内部结构一时无法搞清,但又可对其输入输出情况进行观测的一类系统称为黑箱。截至今日,对于人的思维着的大脑来说,人们还无法直接观测到其内部结构的细节和思维的机理,按控制论可称之为黑箱。所谓黑箱方法,就是不打开黑箱,通过外部观测分析其输入输出关系及其动态
