目的建立过氧乙酸对铁(Ⅱ)-邻二氮杂菲分光光度法测定微量过氧乙酸的新方法。方法在稀硫酸介质中,过氧乙酸对Fe(Ⅱ)-邻二氮杂菲体系的显色反应有明显的阻抑作用,在510 nm波长处测量阻抑体系吸光度值。结果过氧乙酸浓度在0.05~1.5μg/ml范围内与吸光度递减呈良好的线性关系,检出限0.02μg/ml。结论过氧乙酸对铁(Ⅱ)-邻二氮杂菲分光光度法测定微量过氧乙酸的新方法,用于测定消毒液中过氧乙酸结果满意。
Aim To establish a new method for the determination of trace peracetic acid by iron (Ⅱ) -phenanthroline spectrophotometry with peracetic acid. Methods In dilute sulfuric acid medium, peracetic acid has obvious inhibitory effect on the color reaction of Fe (Ⅱ) -phenanthroline system. The absorbance value of the inhibition system was measured at 510 nm. Results There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of peracetic acid and the decreasing of absorbance in the range of 0.05 ~ 1.5μg / ml with the detection limit of 0.02μg / ml. Conclusion The new method of peracetic acid for the determination of peracetic acid by iron (Ⅱ) -phenanthroline spectrophotometry is satisfactory for the determination of peracetic acid in disinfectant solution.
