This article reports the recent medical abortion in our hospital and records the complete ultrasonic imaging findings of residual intrauterine embryonic tissue in 98 of 388 cases. The purpose of this study is to discuss the sonographic findings and ultrasound diagnosis and differential diagnosis. 98 patients in this group were diagnosed with early pregnancy by B-ultrasound before surgery, and medical abortion was performed. 7 to 15 days after surgery by B-review confirmed that the embryonic tissue remains.
