为了探索基于工作过程的项目教学方法在动物防疫与检疫课程中的实践成效,笔者所在的项目教学法开发小组通过走访用人单位与应往届毕业生问卷调查等方法,调研在动物防疫与检疫职业岗位工作过程中的典型工作任务,整合动物防疫与检疫课程相关知识点并设计了教学项目,采用项目教学法对江苏农牧科技职业学院2013~2015届动物防疫与检疫专业学生进行了教学实践。结果表明:项目教学法可以提高学生的学习兴趣、课堂学习效率和理论知识的掌握程度,有效增强学生的合作能力和动手实践能力。
In order to explore the effectiveness of the project teaching method based on working process in the course of animal epidemic prevention and quarantine, the project teaching method development team where the author is located, through investigation of employers and questionnaires of past graduates, During the course of work, typical tasks were integrated with relevant knowledge points of animal epidemic prevention and quarantine courses and teaching projects were designed. The project teaching method was used to carry out teaching practice for animal epidemic prevention and quarantine students from 2013 to 2015 in Jiangsu Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Science and Technology Vocational College. The results show that the project teaching method can improve the students ’interest in learning, the efficiency of classroom learning and the mastery of theoretical knowledge, which can effectively enhance students’ ability of cooperation and hands-on practical ability.
