我国高校担负着为社会主义事业培养建设者和接班人的历史使命,党风廉政建设对高校人才培养有着重要的影响。高校辅导员作为开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者,辅导员的党政建设是否完备对于学校建设和大学生成长责任重大。因此高校辅导员在党风廉政建设的重要性和工作重点至关重要,对高等教育又好又快发展有着积极作用。
Our colleges and universities are shouldering the historical mission of cultivating builders and successors for the cause of socialism. The construction of party conduct and building a clean government has an important influence on the training of university personnel. College counselors, as the backbone of carrying out the ideological and political education for college students, are the organizers, the implementers and mentors, and the counselors’ responsibility for the daily ideological and political education and management of students. Whether the party building is complete is of great responsibility for school construction and the growth of college students. Therefore, college counselors in the party style building a clean government is of the importance and focus of work is crucial to the sound and rapid development of higher education has a positive effect.
